In this blog, I will detail the high level capabilities of our On Demand Service Platform. We have the Service Provider Signup and Service Seeker Signup capability where these users can create accounts. Email verification & Forgot Password functionality is available.

1) Client Login: Once they login, Service Seekers and Service Providers can get a platform Tour (Help) to better understand our platform.

2) Create Service Order: Service Seekers can create a new Service Order. The service order can be edited or deleted. Stripe one time billing or recurring subscription billing capabilities are also available.

3) Route Service Order: Once a service order is created by a service seeker, it follows a workflow through these order change statuses - Draft, Waiting for Service Provider, In Progress and Completed.

Service Orders which are in 'Waiting for Service Provider' status are routed through artificial intelligence to Service Providers who are a fit to execute those service orders. This is similar to Uber where your cab ride request is sent to many Uber drivers near your location.

As soon as a Service Order is accepted by a Service Provider, its order status changes to 'In Progress'.

4) Inbuilt Chat & Document Upload/Download Functionality: When a Service order is in 'In Progress' status, the Service Provider can chat with the Service Seeker using our On Demand Platform's inbuilt Chat Functionality. This communication is further enhanced since they can also upload and download documents.

5) Admin Module - Service Catalog Definition: Our On Demand Service Software Platform has an Admin Module that allows easy configuration of Service Orders, whether the on demand application is On Demand Doctor or On Demand Tutor or On Demand Home Repair or On Demand IT Professional.

6) Admin Module - Service Questionnaire Definition: The Service Order configuration also includes the Services Questionnaire which details the service which the service seeker would be looking for.

7) Admin Module - Pricing Engine: The admin module also has a pricing engine which is used to price a service order based on service seeker's responses to the service questionnaire. Using the admin module, you can configure discounts (promos codes) or additions (taxes, additional service charges).

8) Referral Program - Our On Demand Services Software Platform has a robust Referral Program where you can configure referral campaigns like a) Single Side Reward b) Double Side Reward c) Multilevel Single Side Reward d) Multilevel Double Side Reward
